2025-05-21 Postira, Bol

We knew it was going to rain. We went for a short walk through Postira
and then we had the fantastic idea of driving to the other side of the
island, hoping to find the other side sunny. And so it was! At first,
though, we drove in the pouring rain. It was only the last few
kilometres that we started seeing the sun. We went for a short run and
managed to take a bath at the Golden Horn, purportedly the “most
beautiful beach” of Croatia. Significantly overhyped, for sure. At
least during the off season it is mostly empty. 😍

We walked up until we could look into the Dol valley towards the
center of the island. Rain clouds loomed.

We drove through the rain (no pictures) and finally arrived on the
sunny side. There, we posed like the influencers we are.

We also went for a swim.

The Golden Horn is probably famouse because it is a tip of pebble
beach reaching into the sea. A beach on both sides!

We continued our jogging.

When we went back, the rain was gone and we ate out in the open at the
