DANISH AEBLESKIVER                     Servings: 48

1   c.        sweet milk               1   T.    sugar
1 1/2 c.      flour                    6         eggs
1   tsp.      baking powder            1/2 tsp.  salt
1 1/2 tsp.    lemon extract            1         sweet apple

    Beat egg yolks well.  Add sugar, milk, then flour sifted with baking
powder and salt.  Beat egg whites stiff and add to mixture.  Bake in
aebleskiver pan on top of range, adding small pieces of apple to
batter in pan.
