    called "A Decade Of.." with 2 new songs.. it's due out
    this spring..
    
    NEON CROSS' second album is out now! (their first one
    came out in 1989)
    
    "Carry The Wounded", the 5-song EP by TOURNIQUET, is due
    out in April..
    
    CMJ, Gavin and Hits all rank CIRCLE OF DUST at #19 on
    Top College Rotation Charts.. congrats!!
    
    JEFF SCHEETZ' new band, SIGN OF THE TIMES, is releasing
    their debut album in July on Salt Music..
    
    Well, imagine that! No, IMAGINE THIS.. they will be on
    CD-ROM this summer.. (Soae needs some life in it on in a
    while!)..
    
    Get a sneak preview of REZ's "Lament" at Ace of Clubs in
