    According to the MORTIFICATION interview in the next issue
    of SOA, their next album, "Primitive Rhythm Machine", will
    be a cross between "Post Momentary Affliction" and "Blood
    World", and is due out this summer.. new members Jason and
    Bill replace Mick and Phil..
    
    GUARDIAN's "Live Down Under" project has been scrapped
    according to sources in Australia..
    
    Another oopsie.. CIRCLE OF DUST is at #25 on CMJ, not at
    #19 as earlier reported (thanx Darrel!)..
    
    GENERATION's "Brutal Reality" is out on Metal Blade
    Records and receiving rave reviews (that I *do* know!)..
    
    Australian "un-black" metal band HORDE will have their new
    album distributed by Nuclear Blast..
    
    NOUVEAUX's new CD, "Nouveaux", is now out, and is
    described as Def Leppard-sounding..
    
    COVENANT is a new metal band from Atlanta made up of
    ex-FINAL JUDGEMENT guitarist Nick Chase.. the music is
    described as a cross between Metal Church and Testament..

    Michigan Mosh Fest Additions and Changes: AETURNUS and
    Michigan brutal band BONES OF ADAM have been added to
    the lineup.. Virginia band FOUR LIVING CREATURES (said to
    sound like The Cult) also playing.. the Mosh Fest is
    from May 27-28 at Sparta H.S. in Sparta MI.. call

    Brazilian band DEVIL CRUSHER opened for Dorsal Atlantica
    in Rio de Janeiro last December.. drummer Claudius
    Tiberius has his own Christian TV show on Saturday nights..
    
    NECROMANICIDE goes into the studio to record a second
    demo and will appear on a Brazilian Christian metal
    compilation album later in the year..
    
    South Africa's GOLGOTHA has a new address.. 7 Farell St.,
    Mindalore, Krugersdorp 1739 South Africa.. they will be
    on a secular compilation as well as their own EP.. they
    will also be doing a mini-tour of Durban, South Africa
    the end of April (and appear in the next SOA!)..
    
    Another Brazilian band, ANTI-DEMON, has a 2-song demo
