1 - 30 g coffe beans
2 - 500 g water

4 1. Grind beans to medium size and put in french press
5 2. Boil water
6 3. Pour water over beans
7 4. Wait 4 mins
8 5. Mix top with spoon to break stratification
9 6. Scoop off foam and large bits stuck on top
10 6. Wait at least 5 mins
11 7. Put in plunger but only press onto liquid surface
12 8. Gently pour into cup
