Subj : t vs b posting To : August Abolins From : Carlos Navarro Date : Wed Nov 20 2024 21:45:12 August Abolins -> Wilfred van Velzen: AA> WvV> So it can be done on a phone too! So I stand by my proposition: Just AA> WvV> lazyness. ;-) AA> Have YOU tried it on a phone? AA>>> If I recognize that someone has top-posted, I just look over AA>>> the bottom/quoted part for the essentials and skip the rest AA>>> like the extra taglines and origin lines. Easy to do. AA> WvV> Maybe easy to do, but also more effort on your part. So the lazyness AA> of WvV> others makes your effort to understand a message harder! ;-) AA> Even "cleaning up" a message with Aftershock on a BlackBerry is bit AA> tedious. I'd almost rather top-post and leave the stuff below as-is. Yes, indeed it is tedious... But, at least in Aftershock, I find it easier to move to the bottom of the message and type my reply there, than top-posting. I hope that some day its developer can improve quoting removal. Maybe something like in HotdogEd... Carlos --- AfterShock/Android 1.7.5 * Origin: cyberiada (2:341/234.1234) .
