My 30:30/99 netmail can't be packed.  Everything else needs to be, which is
why I had individual pack commands for each other node, but I couldn't get
that to work properly.  The easiest way to get around that was to run irex
first.  Because it starts a background process, I have to make sure it closes
before pack is run.  This is definitely a fastecho issue, but I've got so
much almost working, I don't want to move to fmail.
