Back to WRAP_LENGTH = 72 when it started making lines I quoted too long. Also just realized I had changed the mailnews.wraplength setting in Thunderbird early on to 75 columns when it was 72 to begin with. So I reverted that as well in hopes that it fixes the original issue. Regards, Nick ....
