Sadly, he can only do that in federal elections.  Not local elections.

IHMO: They put a RINO up after the people see the Democrat failures just so the
RINO can mess up worse, then the Dems come back and say "we need to fix things"
and usually make things even worse.

But I've often complained that in elections your choice is between Tweedle-Dee
and Tweedle-Dum.  No matter what choice you make, it won't work.
