He was 31 ... so he couldn't do anything for 4 years... Minimum age for president is 35... I assume he couldn't be VP or Speaker because of the possibility he could eventually be President.

I don 't know... Rumors... He would have won all 50 states when and if he ran.

I think it's more sinister in that the Democrats were looking at this coming midterm...
