Probably in New York City's city elections (of course I'm not sure how they'd keep the ballots separate from the ones used for state/federal.)

It's more likely that illegals don't vote the same way as everyone else; they probably go to the polling place with a piece of paper that has "their name" and "their address" on it, since that's all you need to know to provide in this state. Surely George and Alex have this all worked out with the illegals.

I'm not sure but of course illegals who committed heinous crimes in other countries wouldn't be burdened by that issue anyway.
