My ISP gives me a public facing "static" IPv4 address for $5 a month. They charge $5 to pay for the extra Juniper router they bought to do this. Very few people request this feature from what their tech support tells me. Only those of us who run a server of any kind. Evidently Minecraft servers are very popular.
