 Sh> reboot.  It only showed my 1 OS, but when forcing a reboot, it shows 2
 Sh> windows 10 and a windows setup.  Really bizarre.

Ok, I was able to disable the countdown with easybcd.  I recently had a
forced reboot and it didn't show that screen at all, so it wasn't stuck there
this time.
