  The problem was, for some reason, the QWK Networking setup for my BBS
had this message area turned OFF (my system wasn't joined to it). It
made sense, because my system didn't think that area was to be QWK
Networked.

  FIDONet has Cooking echoes, but not a Recipes echo (at least, not in
the current BACKBONE.NA file. I have noted a Recipes echo in some other
network listings.

  Synchronet's internal code for QWK Networking for the Radio/Weather
Net Recipes echo is 5047 -- plus any prefix that the Sysop chose (i.e.
HAMWX)...which would make the internal tag for SBBS for the
Radio/Weather Net Recipes echo as HAMWX-5047.

  The main thing that matters in QWK Networking between systems is that
the conference NUMBER is the same on the downlink, as it is on the hub.
The prefix can be anything the Sysop wants, but the conference number
for the Recipes echo has to be 5047.
