Subj : Banana Bread Cobbler Crunch To : All From : Mojo Date : Sun Jun 19 2016 12:16 pm Banana Bread Cobbler Crunch Ingredients 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup butter, melted 1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 3 medium ripe bananas 1 cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats 1/2 cup packed brown sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, coarsely crushed 1/2 cup chopped pecans Directions 1. Heat oven to 375øF. Spray 9-inch square pan with cooking spray. 2. In large bowl, stir together 1 cup of the flour, the granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add 1/2 cup of the melted butter, the milk, egg and vanilla; mix well. Mash 1 banana (about 1/3 cup); add to batter and mix well. Pour into pan. Cut remaining 2 bananas into 1/4-inch slices; place in single layer over batter. 3. In medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt and remaining 1/2 cup flour. Stir in remaining 1/2 cup melted butter. Add crushed cereal and pecans; mix well. Sprinkle topping over banana slices. 4. Bake 25 minutes. Cover with foil; bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until toothpick inserted in several places comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes.
