net. vs fa.
I have noticed a number of people taking old groups that were fa.
and making them net.  (net.unix-wizards and net.info-cpm)
This is confusing and annoying to users.  You can still submit something
to fa.group if you want it to only go to the arpanet and not the usenet
on most sites.  Maintaining files of active newsgroups and informing
users of changes (which I do) is a pain when this goes on.  There's
nothing wrong with starting up a new newsgroup, but things shouldn't
be a complete mishmash.
