When can you have a routine? - When you rise in the morning: Identify the activities and tasks that will set you up for success in the day ahead. Tasks you often avoid later in the day are best 'front-loaded' into a morning routine. You are more likely to do something in the morning, when your mind is sharp and your tail is bushy! - When you rest at night: Create a wind down routine with activities to get your mind ready for rest, or help your heart feel whole. The things you do before bed could include journaling, reading, personal grooming, or small chores (a sink load of dishes!). - Whenever you have certainty: No routine is too small to produce value. We had a long exhausting but happy and interesting day walking around Vitre, learning about its history. Did you know, that Vitre was once the region where 75% of all French coin gold came from? They used the hemp production of their valley, where they could soak the hemp to be usable and their fibres, to produce ship utilities, which the Spanish needed for their world empire. All traders had to go through this road, where Vitre was founded. Additionally it was a border town on the Briton side to France, so the rulers put money into it to impress. This created the marvelous old rich town we see today. But their downfall also gives us a view into the past. Because the Vitresse people were not able to afford to make all their streets look like Paris, we have a mix of old medieval houses with tries of new French style buildings. The fortress had many iterations of rebuildings of different accomodations for the noble. And finally, the salt. In a common French Brittany expedition various Bitreich members went to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mont-Saint-Michel to see in a practical sense how multi-layer legacy building on a small island works. After that we went for Cider drinking at a local festival in Vitre country. For the online conference party adc introduced us to his interesting work on MQTT and we had such much fun playing around doing MQTT experiments, like multiplayer tamagotchi, error reporting or ASCII art webcam over MQTT. Thanks to the work of Ben Collver gopherspace now has a direct access to the Internet Archive: gopher://tilde.pink/1/~bencollver/ia/ As you will see, it has basic search, really(!) advanced search, categories and all done in a very nice awk(!) script.
