First ActiveX support on gopherspace!

Thanks to the work of anthk on #bitreich-en, we now have ActiveX support.
The ActiveX support on gopherspace begins with the implementation of the
{DEAD-CAFFEE-FEEDED} object:

	$ curl -s 'gopher://bitreich.org/9/clsid/\{DEAD-CAFFEE-FEEDED\}'

(Posting the raw command for proper escaping.)

Soon more support will follow.
