Bitreich URI shortener now online.

The web as we know it is getting so ugly and bloated, we need to preserve
precious URI space.

For internal use Bitreich now has a URI shortener:

	gophers://bitreich.org/1s/l-QCu2uL.gph

This an example, why this was needed.

Due to websites hating freedom and privacy, we go around their
restrictions by asking archive.org for content. This leads to extremely
long URIs.

For example

	https://thehill.com/policy/technology/5068066-musk-says-uks-farage-should-not-be-reform-party-leader/

gets

	http://web.archive.org/web/20250106014105/https://thehill.com/policy/technology/5068066-musk-says-uks-farage-should-not-be-reform-party-leader/

This would pollute IRC space. Instead we add a hack so people still can
go to the archive.org snapshot of this website.

Maybe someone wants to write some better archive.org interface?
