brcon2025: Live broadcasting announcement.

Bitreich conference is moving towards a new asynchronous nature. Our
members are spread all over the globe. IRC, git, gopher, all of those
services already fit into this and allow people to participate whenever,
wherever they want.

Live presentations miss this feature. Since during the conference weekend
we are walking around and might record some talk about a topic, it is
hard for people to know when this happened and how to listen to, how to
participate.

One first step to have this being very useful has been done: On #bitreich-radio
is now announced, when live broadcasting is active, the playlist is
stopped and after live broadcasting, the recording is announced:

When people are back from the walk, integrating this file into the
schedule and moving it into the conference for future people is very
easy; just a cp(1) or mv(1).

Future ideas we brainstormed yesterday:

* For the blind people auto transcription. Due to SECRET we are able to
  do that now.
* Auto generation of slides for people needing md2pptx slides at work for
  their Windows 11 office work place, so noone sees you are just watching
  bitreich content.
