brcon2026: Hackathon prizes and point system.

At bitreichcon we have hackathons. People participating can win prizes,
based on their rank they reached via gaining points.

# Point System
The point system for this year has been changed to represent bigger
points (Make Hackathons Great Again - MHGA). Please see the official
conference hole for this:

All points have been increased to increase the fun in the mathematics of
the ranking system. :-)
