* Atom feeds: remove the wrong content-type for <link> (was text/html).
* UTF-8 text padding:
  * Fix potential byte-seek issue with negative width codepoints in the range
    >= 127 on some systems.
  * Improve padded printing and printing invalid unicode characters.
