Release sacc(1) v1.07

Hola amigos, compañeros,

Another sacc great release with added bloat.
Actually several things were done,
non exhaustively:

Various fixes as they say (fill free to read the git log history),
makefile improvements for easier target and user build flags handling,
the tls code has (hopefuly) been improved a bit,
added support for “TOFU” TLS certificates,
alongside the ability to provide self-signed remote certificates.
