Fix circular dependency build issue.
After a `make clean; make; make`, make hangs with:
make: Circular opus7/tgtimes7.ptxt <- opus7/tgtimes7.txt dependency dropped.
cat | fold -s > .ptxt
tgtimes$v.txt is now excluded from dependencies picked up by wildcard
expansion.
