5 Today the bitreich council decided to add the principle of a uniform
6 manpage documentation to the bitreich manifesto. The documentation world
7 is too fragmented. A nice and easy to use manpage for every tool is
8 needed and allows through the use of standard tools the uniform access
9 for everyone. Once learned, you are ready for all documentation. Using
10 other tools like javadoc or info pages only fragments the forces we all
11 have to develop good software.
