18 reliable, but instead to provide a structure robust enough to be
19 accepted (and funded) for performing all the necessary certifications
20 needed before being allowed to the medical device market.

24 respirator is not escaping to the rule. The organiser of the project
25 have pursued this goal since long, and might likely have a very long
26 road to go.
