So I have been thinking about how I would like to go about
setting up my gopherspace (thanks, SDF!) and what kind of
content I can contribute.  I was pondering
about what I was doing before in regards to the web and also
other things that people have discussed in other
gopher/social/*spaces and I think I want to continue writing
about my experiences with personal computing devices.  I will
make a section for it in the SDF-hosted gopherspace/sphere.  Still
trying to figure out the proper context for the gopher lingo.
I think the gopherspace is a more appropriate venue
this type of writing/documentation.

With this "personal computing" section, I will be going over
mostly older devices from my past and make my way to
current, probably jumping around along the way. This is
mainly for my notes and to help me to remember...since I am
so forgetful these days.  Since I am organizing them and
reflecting on their usage, I should share my notes.  This
will also help me keep things in order for myself.  I will go
through the arduous task of gathering my old notes together
and compile something that is more comprehensive and user
friendly.

Also, I will attempt to create a phlog entry on that piece of
technology, if the technology is still functioning and able
to.  I do not foresee much issue with this since I have taken
pretty good care of my tech and have even cycled through
charging some of the devices over the years.  So I guess the
first device is the chumby one.  Looks like I have some work
to do.
