2020-05-18 Re: tfurrows post on lawns

I was inspired to mow my lawn after reading tfurrows lawn post[1].  But before
I did, I walked around the yard and took photos of the volunteer plants that
had sprouted among the grass.  With three young kids at home, I am strongly
opposed to chemical herbicides, and I also don't value a monocropped grass
lawn. So my yard tends to be biodiverse.

The photos of my former yard garden are here [2]. After snapping shots of the
flowers in my yard, I walked with the kids around the neighborhood and added a
few photos of other wildflowers.  Those are included as well.
