I scored third-row tickets to see my favorite band--and, I have
a friend to go with me who also loves them! *cue Snoopy happy

Often, things that seem minor to others are very important to
those who experience them.
Go to the concert and enjoy it to the full! You and your friend
deserve the best.

I went to the concert last night--and I'm still kind of in
shock.
There was a meet-and-greet, and I got to meet the band. All
nice guys. I told them one of their songs had given me the
final push out the door of a horrible, abusive work
situation--and they told me they loved hearing stories like
that, about how their music had helped people.

Neither of those things are minor!!
That is fabulous that you got to meet the band (and that they
were super nice).
And well done getting out of that work situation and good job
telling the band that!!
Music is such a big deal in so many lives - mine included- it
connects people like nothing else!
I am super happy for you :)

Awesome may be one of the most overused words in the world right
now, but nevertheless That. Is. Awesome!
