1: Zone 43 is unclaimed so you can claim it.
2: Your base zone will be relocated to Zone 44 on February 24
unless someone attacks any of The Blue Front's zones before
that.

The Lenin Front has challenged Zone 42, so the relocation cannot
take place before the battle is over.
