Thirteen Reasons Why - Jay Asher

This is one of my favorite books of all time. I have read it
before, but I recently bought my own copy, so I want to reread
       it.
       Synopsis (stolen from the website):
Clay Jensen returns home from school to find a mysterious box
with his name on it lying on his porch. Inside he discovers
several cassette tapes recorded by Hannah Baker--his classmate
and crush--who committed suicide two weeks earlier. On tape,
Hannah explains that there are thirteen reasons why she decided
to end her life. Clay is one of them. If he listens, he'll find
out how he made the list. Through Hannah and Clay's dual
narratives, debut author Jay Asher weaves an intricate and
heartrending story of confusion and desperation that will deeply
       affect teen readers.
I've just learned that it's going to be turned into a
movie...starring Selena Gomez...I don't know how to feel about
       this...I'm very worried.

It's a fantastic book despite the fact that Selena Gomez is
going to be in the movie!!! But yes, the book is just brilliant,
but, I have to warn you, highly depressing at some points.

       Sounds brilliant.
I wouldn't worry about it being depressing at points. Although
it's not nice, I find that a book that can touch you with
whatever emotion be it sadness, joy, anger etc. is always worth
       reading :)
       xx
