       Free for pre-registered Roleplayers
The year is 1993. War has been raging since April, of last
year, following the breakup of the Socialist Federal Republic of
Yugoslavia. Hostilities have broken out between the multiple
ethnic groups of the region. Ethnic cleansings are commonplace
in the area with mass killings counting up to several thousand
deaths per incident. The Muslim Bosnians, the Orthodox
Serbians, and the Christian Croatians all vie for control of the
former communist country. Fight as the Bosnians, Serbs, or
Croats for control of the towns and villages in the area as well
as the city of Serajevo. It's your choice. It's your war...
This is a three force conquest based game. This will be a full
day event with no official breaks in gameplay taking place. Eye
pro is to be worn at all times through the full length of the
       event.
       Weapon and Magazine Restrictions:
Players are limited to semi auto fire only unless using a
designated LMG. Players are limited to 1 high capacity magazine
or unlimited Mid capacity magazines. Box magazines are allowed
for use with designated LMGs only. This event is not period
restricted. Any weapon may be used in gameplay as long as they
       abide by the above standards.
       Factions:
       Bosnians:
The Bosnian Muslim ethnic group was vastly outnumbered and under
equipped during the Bosnian War. So much so that often their
military was made of militia and clothed in whatever they could
       find.
Bosnians will dress in Black or civilian attire. This includes
solid colors such as OD and Coyote Brown. No red clothing will
be allowed at all and blue hats may not be worn. All civilian
dressed Bosnians will be wearing Black arm tape. Any color gear
       may be worn.
Bosnians will set up camp at Bravo for the duration of the
       event.
       Croatians:
The Christian Croatians were sly allies. Towards the beginning
of the war they sided with the Bosnians against the Serbs.
Later in the war they found it more useful to cut a deal with
the Serbs to gain more land quicker. When that deal went south
they held no qualms about fighting on two fronts.
Croatians will dress in Tan camo pattern. Any pattern may be
worn. No solid colors are allowed. No red clothing will be
allowed at all and blue hats may not be worn. Any color gear
       may be worn.
Croatians will set up camp at Kyle's Base for the duration of
       the event.
       Serbians:
The Serbs were the best outfitted military group of the war.
Instead of using their advantage for good they committed 90% of
the war crimes committed, throughout the 3+ year war, including
but not limited to mass rape and genocide.
Serbians will dress in Green camo pattern. Any pattern may be
worn. No solid colors are allowed. No red clothing will be
allowed at all and blue hats may not be worn. Any color gear
       may be worn.
Serbians will set up camp at CP2 for the duration of the event.
       Roleplayers:
Roleplayers will be present on the field during gameplay at
times throughout the day. They can and will be identified by
their Blue Armbands. Roleplayers can and will used any color
pattern they need to to fit their given role.
Certain Roleplayers will be cleared for physical contact. This
means the Roleplayer may be physically roughed up. Take note,
no serious physical contact will be allowed. This is mainly a
role playing immersion technique used to render a more realistic
setting. Those Roleplayers cleared for physical contact will
wear Silver armbands along with their Blue armbands. No
Roleplayer without a Silver armband may be touched.
At their discretion they may, with the approval of the game
runner, give 1-2 point awards for assisting the Roleplayer in
various tasks during gameplay. Killing of a Roleplayer in game
will result in a half point deduction from your team. This WILL
happen as the roleplayers will at times be very belligerent with
       their actions.
Players are asked if possible, for immersion purposes, to use
what we will refer to as "execution fire." This can be
completed by removing your loaded magazine, clearing the chamber
of your weapon, loading an empty magazine, and executing said
roleplayer. This is not required but recommended as it will add
to the immersion of the game.
       Objectives:
       Primary Objective:
The Primary Objective for all three teams is the capture and
occupation of the city of Sarajevo. Sarajevo was the focus of
much of the war's hostility. Constantly being hit by mortar and
artillery barrages the city switched hand several times during
the coarse of the conflict. Capture the city by placing your
teams colored bottle-flag on the control pole. Black for
Bosnians, yellow for Croats, and green for Serbs. Three points
will be awarded to the team who holds the control point at the
       snapshot.
       Secondary Objectives:
The Bosnian war was mainly a territorial conflict. All sides
felt they had right to certain tracts of land. Consequently
this meant that many towns and villages were the sight of
conflict and the horrors of war. Capture towns in the area to
advance your cause. Capture a town by placing your teams
colored bottle-flag on the control pole. Black for Bosnians,
yellow for Croats, and green for Serbs. One point will be
awarded to each team for each control point they control at the
       snapshot.
       Tertiary Objectives:
Fragos, or Fragmentary Orders, of varying point values will be
released throughout the day at spaced intervals. Details will
not be released beforehand and briefings will be held on the
field. Complete the Fragos as specified to gain points for your
       team.
One point will be awarded to every player left at final
assembly. It is to your team's advatage to rough it out and
last until the end of the day.
Roleplayers, playing civilians, can and will at their discretion
create a mission. These will be cleared with the Game Runner
before contact with a team is made and will be worth 1-3 points
       each.
A reminder that a half point will be subtracted for any civilian
or UN soldier killed that is not specified as part of a Frago.
       Medic Rules:
Each team will have 2 (subject to change) medics and will
operate on a three minute bleed out system. Bandages will be in
use. Each team will start with 30 (subject to change) bandages.
A medic may only carry 15 bandages at a time and may pass off
the medic duties to any live player. A bandage must be tied
onto the downed player's person to be healed back into play. A
bucket will be made available at each main base allowing players
to consolidate their bandages after respawning. Any player may
heal a medic using one of the bandages carried by said medic.
Only three bandages may be used on a player before they are
required to respawn. A downed player may be moved as long as
bodily contact with a live player is maintained. If either
member of a drag team is shot, both must call the hit.
       Respawn Rules
Players will Respawn at their respective team's main base.
These bases are unchallengeable and may not be captured by the
opposing team. Moreover, when inside the perimeter of the base
       players are invulnerable from fire.
The staff at MSAF suggests some sort of review-able recording
device to help with certain aspects of the game.

There will be concessions available all day at CP. These will
include drinks, snacks, hamburgers and hotdogs, and possible
       baked goods.
A raffle will take place around 2pm. An item of worth will go
to the winning ticket holder. Tickets will be sold all day, for
$1 each, at the registration booth and concession stand. Stand
by for future information on raffle item.
