Hi Guys, the Marmon Wasp does not have spoked wheels so I made
these wheel trims. Also Mark Underdown dampers made up with fake
       star springs .

Peerless 100 diff from e bay £50.00 this arrived with a drum
attached which has now been chopped about & turned into a
sprocket carrier. 1 inch outside diameter tubes welded on at
ends & slots cut into tubes to line up with original axle key
ways & keys welded in & ground down to allow bearings onto shaft
Sorry about photos upside down there the same way round at this
       end

Looking sweet Nick. Welding the keys and grinding them is my
next job after breaking an axle at Santa pod. I cut the slots as
you did but held the keys with collar clamps. A crack propagated
from the key slot on the longer of the two axles near the
bearing. Not a catastrophic failure as it was noticed before
total failure and we were able to weld it up and continue. I
like your method better. Having the drum bolted to it is
something to look out for if you buy second hand as the bolts
should already be long enough and I like the idea of a removable
carrier as it gives you a lot more scope when purchasing
       sprockets. Great progress Nick
       See you trackside soon
