       30mm Kart Axel

Just started stripping the donor Kart and the axel is 30mm, I am
using C90 wheels as I have a few spare so how is best to join
       the two?

       Just finished stripping the Kart
Looking at the axel again I was hoping the Gemini adaptors would
fit but they are designed for Pit Bike wheels I am using C90
wheels so does any one make adaptors? Looks like these won't
       fit?

       i used
these hubs but I had to modify them and the wheel hub.

Thanks what did you have to modify?
I already have some 3 stud hubs so a bit reluctant to spend any
money if I can make what I already have fit

So, I machined the Gemini hub to give a step so the wheel hub
just slipped on the lip of the drum, then drilled through 4
holes for the bolts then made a plate to fit the outside to
       clamp it all together.

I was wondering if I could re machine this from Gemini? But I
       have emailed to ask.
I assume there is a reason why people use 4 studs instead of
three to bolt the wheels on?

I 'think' but happy to be corrected is that when using pit bike
wheels you use the disc brake bolt holds to attach the adapter,
for whatever reason 17" pit bike disc brake fitting standard is
       4 bolts.

After a few measurements and I got these hubs made by a local
engineering firm. They are for the Honda ANF125 wheels which are
very similar to the C90 ones. Also i use 25mm axle. It isnt hard
to get someone to make you a set.
