       She smiled,
"Certainly, you are always welcome in my house."
This time she entered the monastery and went directly to the
library. It seemed almost odd not having to see Gesu before
going...like a lost ritual on childhood. If uninterrupted she
would calmly walk to the library, unlock the door, and step
inside to find the text she was searching for this day. Bast
would be free to hop down and roam the area as she pleased.

*no one stopped her a couple bowed their heads in ackowledgement
but nothing more. No one seemed to react to Bast as Amaris felt
her leave her shoulder after they entered the candle and torch
       lit Library.*

Feeling bast leave her shoulder she began her search in earnest.
Not sure how it would listed she checked several places before
finding the scroll under "H" for Hesy-Ra..of course. She took
the scroll to the table and began picking though it hunting for
the section on brain trauma. With more than 15 feet of two sided
scroll this could take a while...

*she had been slowly and meticously going over the scroll when
she fetl a sudden brush and warmth against her leg. Then up onto
the table as it looked up to her*
you find what you lookng for?

She nodded and kept searching the scroll. The text was long and
technical and much had to be filtered out to find the
information necessary. She wiggled a bit when she found the
right part and began to copy the information. She spoke under her
       breath, seemingly to herself.
       "Almost..."

*the purr almost audible to the Library itself*

It was several more minutes before she finished writing down
all the information she needed to share with Gavri'el. With a
few exceptions-which she noted beside her translations- she was
fairly sure she had everything correct. Carefully, she rolled
the scroll back up and returned it to it's place in the shelves.
Coming back to the table she rolled her notes and tied them with
a string to transport back home. She looked about the library,
hands on hips and face etched with deep thought. Out loud and
       seemingly to herself she asked
       "Anything else before goings?.."
Unless Bast had more to do, she would shake her head as if to
clear it and make for the door like a woman on a mission.

Glad you found what you were looking for
*She felt the body land on her shoulder once more and curl
around her neck as though she was wearing a scarf that was warm
and purred. She would wait til they were away from the area more
       to talk*

She would make her way back out of the monastery just as she
had came. Near the door she would stop one of the monks and give
them a message for her Sire. A simple message that she would
return tomorrow and would like to see him at that time, and
that, were he unable to send a message to the household with a
       better time, please.
With that, she made her way out and back onto the Mese heading
towards the city proper. She too would remain quiet until they
       were away from St Johns.

       spoke *
