You are NOT allowed more than 3 requests at once!

Staff take a lot of time to make up and post requests. Then as
soon as they're posted, they get taken. We seriously don't have
enough time for all of these job posts. So please, only three
requests at once until you've completed them.
You can make your own requests, but only three staff made
requests at once! Thank you!
It doesn't matter how many characters you have. Create fifty
seven quadrillion characters (yeah good luck with that) and you
still only get three requests!
What if the request "died off"? First of all, notify the person
who gave the request so they or the staff can terminate it.
THEN, you can start a brand-new one!
Try not to let your requests die. This is usually pretty
frustrating for the person who issued it, thanks!
~This is a new rule. If you're currently working on over three
missions continue. But no more taking more than three!~

So only staff made request like by admins and stuff, right?

Yep! ^_^ So if you make your own requests, or you take a request
from your guild or something, that doesn't count as one of your
3 staff-made requests.
UPDATE
Well, I suppose you could get around this by making multiple
accounts.
Sadly for you, we would know by looking at your IP. But, go
ahead anyways. We'll be too lazy to stop you unless you try to
take on like 20 requests at once or something. Anyways, isn't it
a hassle? ^-^
