Chastity devices for hypogonadism

So far, I’ve been unable to find a device that doesn’t
eventually fall off because my testicles are small to begin
with, and will squeeze between the ring and cage even if the
opening is 1/8” or so. They will compress and do what I call
‘turtle’ where they retract into my body. The longest I’ve been
able to wear one is a few days. Once the testicles are outside
the ring, the cage slides off inside my panties.
I’d like a device that would comfortably stay in place. I’ve
tried a half dozen models without any luck.

You have the smallest Tessie’s I have ever heard of! Your only
recourse may be a piercing to hold in place…

I have never found any of those types to fit, my tessies ride
high and tight. I have always preferred to be tucked tightly
with a camel toe front which I trust is more pleasing to a
Superior and to have self control instead.

Sissywife- Yes I thought of that but it would not stop the
turtle effect. In which case the testicles would be outside the
ring while the tube hangs from the pierced penis.
One final thing I can try is a much smaller base ring that would
keep the scrotum sac forward. That can be uncomfortable and
cause a rash like burn though. It’s a conundrum.

Yes sally gurl. The honor system is what we use too. I’ve just
been experimenting with other options.
