       HR in the Gynarchy
       By: JL2122 Date: April 21, 2024, 8:03 am

Do you think HR would be in a gynarchy society; would HR be fair
towards males and females? Are do you think they'd be biased in
favor of women? Perhaps theyd even support and encourage male
harassment in the workplace; but be completely strict towards
       female harassment.
I can see a future where a female intern can go up to a male
worker and say "morning boytoy; than sack tap them" and everyone
just smirking. Male tries to complain to HR and Hr just goes
"take it like a man and keep focused on your job. Also im going
to be writing your superviser that you wastes HR time for this
       trivial matter."

Not quite sure whether we will have this scenario in the future.
I donīt see any male workers any more that could have any
rights. A well-educated male should stay at home doing her
chores as busy and submissive housewife. The ones not willing to
follow that new role model will work as ... letīs call them
slaves. And I never heard about HR for slaves. Who could even
think about a male complaining about a superior woman? I know
that my opinion is a very radical one, but itīs the only way to
       overcome toxic masculinity.

would HR be fair towards males and females?
       [/quote]
I am sure it would. It would grant females all rights and males
none, which would be absolutely fair. If e.g. sacktapping males
at the workplace is allowed or not depends solely on company
policy, which is at the discretion of it's female leaders.
But because women are responsible and reasonable leaders they
would ask first: What is the purpose of this company? What is
the contribution this patricular male employee makes to the
success of the company? And if e.g. sacktapping would lower the
performance of the male it would probably be not allowed.

Much like corporations 50+ years ago were run exclusively by
men, as well as HR Departments; the new world order has women
running all things and males merely as helpers. So the "Good Old
Girl" network would prevail and alas, males would have no
       chance.

The old girls network would ensure that malettes would be
treated as eye candy for the entertainment of hard working
superior's dressed appropriately available for extra duties
showing lots of leg his boobies in tight blouses has married
malettes at home will be child bearers.

It's not that far off from today. With the me-too movement
males in the workforce are scared to even look at a Woman. Any
Woman can complain to HR and get any male written up, in trouble
or even fired - making room for a new hire that is a Woman of
course. Yes could you imagine a male going into HR and
complaining that Women are staring at him, objectifying him or
harassing him - he'd be laughed out of the office. Also new
laws are in place to protect and support males becoming
feminized. So the message to males entering the workforce is to
be more feminine or be stressed everyday hoping a Woman doesn't
report you or to KirstenGe's brilliant point, stay home and be a
good little princess gurl for a strong, intelligent, dominant
       Owner. The choice is easy.

Obviously most malettes will leave to get married when they're
mother's help choose his husband or maybe the older single
superior's may take her secretary to be her wife and bring up
the children looking after her home after an office fling
especially at Christmas parties or working away at conferences
Superior's will be able to have more than one wife or an easy
       divorce.

With The New Age Women running Everything......What type of
Dress Code would all male Employees have to adhere to?
Remember in the '50's, Women were held to a Strict Dress Code!
       Thoughts?
