Please allow me to restructure my question to make it clearer.
In an ideal Gynarchy can we witness dominants that cause the
failure of FLR due to inappropriate treatment of their sissies &
lack of experience or only sissies are the ones to be blamed for
not being able to adjust to their mistresses' personalities?

Of course we can see leaders of a relationship misbehaving, in
many ways, also in their leadership style.
We men fail much more than women, but women are not infalible
either.
