Hey folks,
Rather than running back and forth between our "Introduce
Yourself" thread and whichever thread we're using to communicate
our MoTD or AvA updates, I thought I'd consolidate all our
"welcome to the madhouse" posts here. Drop by whenever we gain a
new member and make them feel at home! :D

First of all, a hearty welcome to Lord Zyre Vex! We're so glad
to have you with us, and we hope you'll feel at home here.
Things might seem crazy around here since you joined in the
middle of an Aliance-vs-Alliance competition, but it'll calm
down soon. You might find it helpful to start by going through

I've been waiting on confirmation of your arrival for a few
hours now, and I must say, I'm excited you're finally with us! I
hope you'll feel welcome here, and we'll do our best to make
sure you feel valued as team players. But most of all I hope you
have fun!
While the chat window is usually a great way to ask general
questions, things tend to get lost in the flood of notifications
during Alliance vs Alliance competition. Give it a couple days
and it should settle down. In the meantime if you have any
questions, feel free to PM me here or via in-game raven.

The alliance window might seem a little overwhelming right now
because we're in the middle of an AvA phase, but things will
calm down soon, and in the meantime you'll be able to browse the
forum and hopefully pick up some helpful tips. Here's a good
