New rules regarding GAN and Set auctions.

Over the past I have been very lenient when it comes to placing
bids or picking up wins or sending a pm with required
information.
From today these are the rules.
When posting your bids.
If you place a bid that was already bid, I will longer be asking
to rebid, you lose the chance of winning that avatar.
For picking up wins/ sending replies.
No longer will being giving grace period when avatars are not
picked up or info posted/pm sent with info.
If NOT picked up by the date nominated you lose it and I will
recycle any that fit this rule.
If you are going to send Me a pm with required info please do a
reply to the thread that you are sending a pm. As some of you
know some pms have not been getting to Me. To do a reply is a
safeguard that I know to look for said pm or let the person
know said pm was not received.
