Subj : Question about BINKD

Well, after some difficulities it looks like I have my new feed somewhat
working.  I'm not even sure what I did to get it working but I did.  Could have
been an unseen character or space in Binkd.

Now my question.  In the configuration flag I've always seen the line that a
"Toss Flag" should be created when mail is sent. And there is a file in Binkd
Toss.flg but there is never anything that gets put there.

So the question is what is the toss flag where should it be and what should
I see there, and how do I get Binkd to DO the toss flag.
