Due to technical problems Barinov (5020/715) isn't part of r50 echo-backbone
since about a week ago, in his post on http://fidoweb.ru he also advised anyone
getting echo feeds from him to switch to other regional hubs.

I currently get most of my R50 echomail (including CHAT ;) from 2:5080/1003
