Any regular BBS logins, I'm hosed if I can't remember them, except the one I use testing out Telnet clients. 
Any points or NNTP connections I have the emails confirming my set up information is saved in a folder that can be accessed from any device.

I do think some BBSes at least do have a "forgot password" type option that involves email.

I actually wish TB had an Android version.  That's always been my favorite email program.
