      Title: Curd Chutney (Jaffna Style)

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
      1 c  Curd (yogurt)
      2 tb Ghee
      1    Onion; minced
      1 ts Urad dal
      2    Green chiles; minced
    1/2 ts Mustard seeds
      1 tb Coconut; shredded
      1    Handful cilantro leaves
 
  Pop the mustard seeds in ghee, then add urad dal and roast until
  golden brown. Add remaining ingredients and salt to taste. Garnish
  with cilantro leaves.
