      5    Hands fresh cilantro leaves;
           - ground
 17 1/2 oz Tamarind
      4 c  Chickpea gram
     15    Coconuts; grated
    1/2 c  Salt
  1 1/2 c  Green chiles
 
  There is no cooking here. Just grind it all together. Excellent with
