By .47 you really mean A47 2021/02/12 for the Pi/32 as noted in your tag line?
Not sure how that helps, but will read over the whatsnew.txt again about
python. Still I know the path and library are right which is why I put them 
in the original message:
 /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpython2.7.so.1.0
