It seems to me (above) that you say that using SyncTerm the ansi doesn't switch back. This is exactly the problem I encounter while using SyncTerm, but no other terms that I've tried. Adding the patch was a workaround for *me*. If others have similar issues, they may want to try the same thing - or not.
