Actually no, first I don't use or still have fidopoll (I use mis poll) second 
the bad packet would just create more .bsy flags next time packets were tossed 
.. (but thanks for the suggestion) Hopefully (as i see someone else had the same 
issue) someone else who comes across this problem will be able to find this 
solution.
