I believe that would be:
themes/default/text/msg_editor.ans
themes/default/text/msg_editor.ini

For 132x36 columns (or higher?):
themes/default/text/msg_editor.c132x36.ans
themes/default/text/msg_editor.c132x36.ini

Also, there's:
themes/default/text/msg_editor_quote.ans
....for the text quoting window.

I haven't tried modifying it myself, though, but have been thinking of whether it would be possible for it to display the name of the message area one is writing in, as well as a From: line (to know whether the area is using real names or not)... =)
